摘要 针对智能变电站采样方式的现状及原理,分析了现有采样方式的优劣,通过研究和调研智能变电站采样方式对继电保护整组动作时间的影响,得出合并单元数字化采样对线路保护速动性存在不利影响的结论。根据对采样方式现状的分析及调研结论,提出了三种不同的优化设计方案,以达到兼顾继电保护速动性及智能变电站采样数据共享优势的目的。 Based on the present situation and theory of sampling mode for smart substation, this article analyses the merits and drawbacks of the existing mode. By investigation and surveying the affection to the relay tripping whole time of the sampling mode for smart substation, come to a conclusion that the measure unit digital sampling mode has the bad affection to prompt action of power line protections. Depending on the conclusion of analysis and research, this article gives there different optimal design schemes that can give both consideration to the prompt performance of relay and the date-sharing advantage of smart substation.
