高校基层党组织学生党员培养路径研究

Cultivation of Student Party Members at the Grass-root Level in Universities

党员发展工作是一项政策性和原则性都较强的系统工程,发展党员要始终遵循"坚持标准、保证质量、改善结构、慎重发展"的十六字方针。高校要不断提升学生党员的质量,并且在党员发展过程的前、中、后三个阶段积极采取措施,做好党员的培育、发展和教育工作。研究高校基层党组织学生党员发展的意义、过程和监管等,能够使高校基层党组织加强自身的战斗堡垒作用,提高大学生党员的质量,从而不断向党组织输送新鲜血液。

Party member recruitment is a systematic job in which relevant policies and principles,e.g. the guideline of ＂ cautious quality recruitment according to standards to perfect the structure of Party members＂,have to be abided by. This requires that universities have to improve the quality of student Party members by taking active measures throughout new member recruitment in the cultivation,development and education of Party members and conduct the studies on the significance,process and supervision of student Party member recruitment by grass-root Party organizations in universities. Such practices will further strengthen these organizations＇ role in improving the quality of new Party members and offer new resources to the Party.
