论明代地方府学教师的选用、待遇和业绩考核

摘要 学校教育成效的好坏,其决定因素是多方面的,教师的育人作用不可低估。在明代,府学是地方儒学教育的重要组成部分,对教师的选用、待遇和业绩考核是保证教学质量的重要环节。本文拟对明代地方府学教师的选用、待遇和业绩考核进行探讨,借以说明高素质的教师对教育工作的重要意义。 The effects of school education depend on various factors and the teachers' role of cultivation should not be underestimated. In the Ming Dynasty,the official school was an important part in local Confucianism education,and the selection,treatment and performance assessment were important links in guaranteeing teaching quality. This paper discusses the selection,treatment and performance assessment of the teachers of local official schools in the Ming Dynasty,explaining that teachers with high quality are of great significance to education work.
