An Analysis of the Correlation between Constructions of Teachers' Morality and Teaching Teams in the Western Region

教学团队建设的第一要务应是加强师德建设。西部地区新建本科院校师德建设与教学团队建设之间具有内在关联性的密切关系,两者相互影响,相互促进,在高校教师培养中国特色社会主义新时代英才的历史进程中发挥其应有的作用。

The initial task of building teaching team is to reinforce the building of teachers＇ morality. In the newly established western region colleges,there is a closely correlated relationship between the construction of teachers＇ morality and that of teaching team,both inter-affected and inter-promoted,thus playing their due role in the process of teachers＇ training elites in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
