摘要 现在的世界呈现着开放、包容与融合的趋势。随着现代化进程的加速,公民教育已不再是西方社会的专利,而是成为衡量国家现代化进程的重要标志。具有中国特色的公民教育,需要塑造一个真正的人,一个有价值有意义的人。它所包含的维度有完整独立的人格,充分得到尊重与认可的主体权利,自由开放平等的观念,同时还要具有捍卫公平正义的坚定决心。更重要的是,在人民当家作主的中国特色社会主义建设中,公民教育是培养具有公共意识和公共文明素养的公民。一方面公民的行为自觉的符合人类文明基础之上的民族风尚;[1]另一方面要让人民掌握真正的话语权,实现舆论民情与政务管理的良性互动,才能实现我国特色的公民教育,才能为构建和谐均衡有序的社会奠定坚实的基础。 The present world is showing an open,inclusive and convergent trend. With the acceleration of modernization,Civil Education is no longer the patent of Western society,but an important symbol of the process of national modernization. Civil Education with Chinese characteristics needs to mold a real person,a person of value and significance. It contains the dimensions of a complete independent personality,fully respected and recognized the main rights,the concept of freedom and equality,but also have the firm determination to defend the fairness and Justice. More importantly,in people ' s masters of the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Civil Education is to cultivate citizens with public awareness and public cultural accomplishments. On the one hand,it is necessary for citizens' actions to consciously conform to the national customs based on Human Civilization; on the other hand,enable people to have a true voice and to realize the benign interaction between public opinion and government affairs,can we achieve Civil Education with Chinese Characteristics,can we lay a solid foundation for building a harmonious and orderly society.
