摘要
介绍了同时具有受电弓、集电靴2种制式受流的地铁车辆牵引系统、辅助电源系统与车辆段内车间电源设备之间的车上安全联锁电路。通过充分考虑不同供电方式之间的互锁逻辑,分析了安全联锁保护设计原理和实现功能。该设计主要用于使用车间电源柜对列车进行静态调试时对操作人员进行保护,同时有效保证了车辆用电安全和电路可靠性。
This paper introduces the safety interlocking circuit between the metro vehicle traction system, the auxiliary power supply system and the workshop power supply equipment in the depot with 2 different collecting current modes with pantograph and shoe. It analyzes the design principle and realization of function of the safety interlocking protection by taking full consideration of the interlocking logic between different power supply modes. The design mainly serves to protect the operational staff during the train static testing when they use the workshop power cabinet. At the same time, it effectively ensures the electrical safety of the vehicle and the reliability of the circuit.
