摘要
结合徐州地铁3号线科技广场站实际设计案例,参考国内地铁建设中轨排井的设计经验,从经济性、适用性等多角度比选了目前常见方案的优缺点,提出选用双柱大开孔式轨排井设计方案。在设计中使用Midas软件建立轨排井三维数值模型进行模拟计算,并采用平面计算模型对其进行验证。通过上述计算分析阐明该方案的结构内力分布及变形规律,表明双柱大开孔式轨排井设计方案具有较好的经济性及适用性。
Taking the actual design case of ST Plaza station on Xuzhou metro line 3 as an example, referring to the design experience of the shaft for hoist lowering or lifting track panel during construction, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common schemes from the aspects of cost effectiveness and applicability, and puts forward the design case of the double column large openness shaft design by comparison. In the design, the Midas software is used to establish the three-dimensional numerical model of the track panel shaft for the simulation calculation, and the plane calculation model is used to make verifi cation. Through the above calculation and analysis, the structural internal force distribution and deformation pattern of the scheme are expounded, which shows that the design of the double column large openness shaft is of cost effective and good applicability.
