基于“发展性教学评价”理论构建本科护生实习质量评价指标体系

Construction of evaluation index system for internship quality of nursing undergraduates based on theory of“developmental teaching evaluation”

[目的]构建以临床实践能力为导向的本科护生实习质量评价的量化指标体系。[方法]基于"发展性教学评价"理论,通过文献研究法、半结构访谈法和德尔菲(Delphi)法确定本科护生实习质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对各指标权重进行赋值。[结果]两轮函询问卷的有效回收率为80%和100%,权威系数均为0.905,协调系数分别为0.236,0.270。最终确定包含6个一级指标、14个二级指标、34个三级指标的本科护生实习质量评价的量化指标体系。一级指标赋值权重最高的是临床实践能力(0.2757),赋值最低指标为教育科研能力(0.0475),各层级指标判断矩阵的一致性比例(CR值)均<0.1。[结论]本科护生实习质量评价指标体系设置合理,可为评价实习质量提供参考依据。

Objective：To construct a quantitative index system for the quality evaluation of undergraduate nursing students based on clinical practice ability.Methods：Based on the theory of＂developmental teaching evaluation＂,the evaluation index system for internship quality of nursing undergraduates was constructed through literature research,semi-structured interview and Delphi method.The analytic hierarchy process was used to assign to each index weight.Results：The effective recovery rate of 2rounds of the questionnaire were 80%and 100%,authority coefficient（CR）value was 0.905,and the coordination coefficients were 0.236and 0.270.Finally,the quantitative index system of nursing undergraduates’internship quality evaluation was determined,including 6primary indexes,14secondary indexes,and 34tertiary indicators.The highest value of the primary index was clinical practice ability（0.2757）,the lowest index was the educational research ability（0.047 5）,and the CR value of all level index judgement matrix was under 0.1.Conclusions：The constructed evaluation index system for internship quality of nursing undergraduates was rational,and it could provide a reference for evaluating the internship quality of nursing undergraduates.
