摘要
[目的]建立一套全面、科学、可操作的消毒供应中心质量控制管理体系。[方法]运用德尔菲法对41名专家进行问卷咨询,通过分析专家意见构建消毒供应中心质量控制管理体系。[结果]两轮专家函询的有效回收率分别为100.00%和97.56%,专家权威程度系数分别为0.905和0.915,协调系数分别为0.08和0.09,经过两轮咨询后专家意见趋于统一。构建了括3个一级指标、21个二级指标、88个三级指标的质量控制管理体系。[结论]本研究结果科学、全面、可靠,可为消毒供应中心质量控制管理体系的建立提供一定的借鉴。
Objective：To establish a comprehensive,scientific and operational quality control management system for central sterile supply department.Methods：The Delphi method was used to conduct a questionnaire consultation with 41experts.The control management system for central sterile supply department was established according to the experts’advice.Results：The effective recoverrates of the two rounds of experts were 100.00%and 97.56%,respectively.The expert authority degree was 0.905and 0.915,respectively,and the coordination coefficients were 0.08and 0.09,respectively.After two rounds of consultation,expert opinions converged.A quality control management system consisting of 3primary indexes,21secondary indexes,and 88third-level indexes was constructed.Conclusions：The results of this study were scientific,comprehensive and reliable.It could provide a reference for the establishment of the quality control management system for central sterile supply department.
