电针治疗老年性尿失禁临床研究的Meta分析

Clinical studies on incontinence treated by electroacupuncture:a meta-analysis

[目的]系统评价电针治疗老年性尿失禁的有效性。[方法]通过计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普等数据库中发表的电针治疗老年尿失禁的临床随机对照试验,按照Cochrane协作网偏移风险评价标准对纳入的文献进行质量评价,使用RevMan 5.2统计软件进行Meta分析,评价电针治疗老年性尿失禁的临床疗效。[结果]共纳入8个研究,包括522例病人。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组电针治疗可以提高老年性尿失禁的临床总有效率。[结论]电针治疗老年性尿失禁有较好的疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of electroacupuncture in the treatment of senile incontinence.Methods：The literatures of randomized controlled trial（RCT）on senile incontinence treated by electroacupuncture were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP.Data were evaluated by Cochrane Risk Assessment Criteria and analyzed by Revman 5.2to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of electroacupuncture in the treatment of senile incontinence.Results：A total of 8studies were involved,including 522patients.The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,electroacupuncture could improve the total clinical efficiency of senile incontinence.Conclusions：The research showed that electroacupuncture was effective in the treatment of senile incontinence.
