摘要
虎门二桥25~65 m墩高的引桥箱梁设计为预制节段拼装,通过对预制节段箱梁墩顶块横隔墙传统施工工艺优缺点分析,在实践中总结出了节段箱梁墩顶块横隔墙施工新工艺——薄隔墙法,该法对墩顶块横隔墙外观质量、钢筋切断数量、提高墩顶块整体刚度及减少吊装变形和高空作业风险均有改善。
As segmental precast and installation has been designed for box girder of approach bridge with 25-65 m pier height of the Second Humen Bridge,through analysis on advantages and disadvantages of traditional construction technology for the precast segmental box girder pier top block partition wall,a new thin partition wall construction method for the top wall of segmental box girder piers has been summed up. The method could improve the appearance quality,the number of steel cuts,the overall rigidity,and reduction of the lifting deformation and risk of working for the pier top transverse partition walls.
