12种护理核心期刊2015年—2017年刊载护理管理类论文引文分析

Citation analysis of nursing management papers published in 12 nursing core journals from2015 to 2017

[目的]分析我国近3年护理管理论文引文情况,了解该领域科研人员对文献信息的吸收和利用能力。[方法]对近3年12种护理核心期刊所刊载的护理管理论文的引文量、引文类型、引文语种等进行统计。[结果]2015年—2017年护理管理论文篇均引文量为14.23条,其中基金论文篇均引文量为14.83条,非基金论文为13.73条;引文语种以中文为主,其次为英文;引文类型以期刊为主,中外文分别占86.64%和89.46%;引文来源以护理学为主,占76.29%,临床医学及其他学科类型有不同程度的增长。[结论]近3年护理管理论文的篇均引文量、基金论文比逐年增加,护理管理人员对文献的吸收和借鉴能力不断增强,但仍需进一步加强对外文的学习,增强对国外信息资源的利用能力,从而产出更高质量的论文。

Objective：To analyze the citation status quo of nursing management papers in China and to understand the ability of researchers in this field to absorb and utilize the literature information.Methods：The number of citations,citation types,and citation languages of nursing management papers published in 12 nursing core journals in the past 3 years were analyzed.Results：In 2015-2017,there were 14.23 citations in the paper of nursing management thesis,including 14.83 citations in the funded papers,and 13.73 in the non-funded papers.The main language was Chinese,followed by English.The citation types were mainly periodicals,and the Chinese and foreign languages accounted for 86.64% and 89.46% respectively.The citation source was mainly nursing（76.29%）.The clinical medicine and other types of subjects had increased in different degrees.Conclusions：The average citation amount,and the funded paper ratio of the nursing management paper increased year by year.The literature absorption and learning ability of nursing managers continued to increase,while still needed further strengthen in learning the foreign language,enhancing the utilization of foreign information resources,in order to produce higher quality papers.
