摘要
为了系统地研究卡车发动机舱内空气的流动与传热,文章采用汽车外流场与发动机舱内流场耦合计算的方法,分析卡车发动机舱内风速流动组织,并对比改进前后气体流线和高温区域分布。结果表明,增加挡板的设计使机舱内循环流动的区域变小,有效地阻隔发动机的热量传到散热器,改进后的机舱布置满足整车使用要求,为卡车开发中的发动机舱热管理研究与改进提供了参考依据。
In order to carry out a detailed research into airflow and heat transfer in engine compartment of truck,a mathematical approach coupling outflow field of the truck and inner flow field in the engine compartment is used to analyse the air flow organization in the engine compartment,and compare the air flow line and high temperature area distribution before the after the improvement.Results show that the design of adding a baffle can decrease the circular flow area in engine compartment of truck and isolate the heat transfer from the engine to its radiator effectively.The improved layout of the engine compartment can meet the requirements of the truck and provide a reference for thermal management and improve-ment of the engine compartment of the truck.
