摘要
电动撑杆式汽车电动尾门系统主要包括控制器模块(ECU)、电动撑杆模块、电动吸合锁模块与防夹胶条,各模块通过控制器(ECU)的统一控制实现尾门电动开启与关闭并进行防夹检测。其中电动撑杆的弹簧力设计与电机输出力设计、手动操作尾门的开启与关闭力计算以及电动锁吸合力与尾门系统支撑反力的匹配是电动尾门系统设计的难点,本研究对尾门系统开闭过程建立力学模型,并应用Excel软件的公式编辑功能,输出了上述参数的计算方法。
The power lift gate system included electronic control unit, electric-powered pole, electric-powered latch and anti-pinch seal. The automatic opening and closing of the tail gate and the anti-pinch detection were realized by the unified control of each module by ECU. The difficulties were design of the spring force of the electric-powered pole and the output force of the motor, the calculation of opening and closing force for manual operation of the tail gate and the matching of the suction force of the electric-powered latch and the support force of the tail gate system. In this study, a mechanical model was established for the opening and closing of the tail gate system, and the calculation method of the parameters were outputted by the formula editing function of Excel.
