摘要
经对比乘用车强化腐蚀试验数据,发现车身空腔、钢板缝隙、车身石击区等区域的锈蚀控制难度大,已成为多款车型共性问题。文章通过对易锈蚀区域腐蚀原因进行分析,并结合各区域服役环境从结构优化、耐蚀材料选用、工艺设计等方面提出防腐控制措施。
Compared with the intensified corrosion test data of passenger cars, it is very difficult to control the rust in the body cavity, the gap of the steel plate and the rock burst area of the car, which has become a common problem of many kinds of vehicles. This paper analyzes the causes of corrosion in easy corrosion area, and combining with the service environment in each area, the anti-corrosion control measures are put forward from the aspects of structure optimization, selection of corrosion resistant materials and process design.
