摘要
文章基于对国内外ELV法规的研究,结合车辆拆解回收的工作实际,建立乘用车材料信息模型。将整车零部件归纳为拆解回收零部件、非拆解回收零部件和不可回收零部件三个集,选择性地采用结构元、拆解元和材料元三个维度分别描述集合中的零部件。采用所建立的材料信息模型,对某企业三类22款量产车型可回收和可再利用率进行计算校核,并建立其有毒有害物质使用清单。结果表明,使用本文所建立的模型可高效、准确地获取车辆的ELV性能数据,辅助整车生产企业有针对性地进行ELV管控体系建设。
In this work, the automotive material information model was built based on the study of ELV regulations, with the combination of practical experiences of automotive disassemble and recovery. The parts of automobile were divided into three different aggregates: recover after disassemble, recover integrally and non-recoverable, and were described with structural-meta, disassembly-meta and material-meta alternatively. Using the currently built model, the recoverability and recycling rates of 22 models of mass-produced vehicles were calculated and the list of prohibited substances was built. It was shown that, the ELV information of vehicles can be obtained efficiently and accurately using the automotive material information model, which was also a useful tool for the building of ELV controlling system of automotive OEMs.
