摘要
以凹凸棒石为载体,结合金属氧化物,采用浸渍法制备了凹凸棒石基氧化锌脱硫剂。以最大硫容为指标,通过正交和单因素实验对脱硫剂的制备工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,用1%的盐酸改性凹凸棒石,改性凹凸棒石与硝酸锌的质量比为1.3∶1,pH值为6~7,30℃水浴中搅拌7h,105℃下干燥,250℃下焙烧5h,最终制得了凹凸棒石基氧化锌脱硫剂,并对硫化氢气体进行了脱除实验,其最大硫容为14.82%。
In this experiment, the attapulgite based zinc oxide desulfurizer was synthesized by impregnation method used attapulgite as carrier and metal oxide. Taking the maximum sulfur capacity as target, the preparation conditions of desulfurizer were optimized by the orthogonal and single factor experiments. The results showed that attapulgite was modi?ed with 1% hydrochloric acid, the mass ratio of attapulgite to zinc nitrate was 1.3:1, pH was 6~7, stirred in a water bath at 30℃ for 7h, dried at 105℃ , calcined at 250℃ for 5h, the attapulgite based zinc oxide desulfurizer was obtained. The ability of attapulgite based zinc oxide was tested in re-moving hydrogen sul?de, the results showed its maximum sulfur capacity could reach to 14.82%.
