图片复杂程度与呈现密度对消费者搜索效率影响 被引量:2

An Eye-Evaluation of the Influence of Image Complexity and Rendering Density on Consumers' Search Efficiency

摘要 电商手机APP交互界面的特点直接影响到用户的体验,进而影响销售效果。采用眼动追踪技术,记录了52名被试搜索目标商品时的视线变化过程,探索电商手机APP图片复杂程度与呈现密度对搜索效率的影响。结果表明,在图片复杂程度方面,被试在简单图片条件下的搜索效率显著高于复杂图片条件;在图片呈现密度方面,被试在每行呈现2图条件下的搜索效率显著高于每行呈现4图;对于电商手机APP导航界面设计而言,导航图片为简单图片、且每行呈现2图时的搜索效率较好。 The characteristics of the interface of the handset APP directly affect user' s experience,and then affect the sales effect. In this paper,the eye-tracking was used to record the data of 52 subjects to explore the ilffluence of the complexity and the density- of the APP images on the search efficiency. The results show that, in terms of the complexity of the picture, simple pictures as category- navigation result in a high efficiency than complicity one;and in the aspect of image rendering density-,2 pictures per row as category- navigation result in a high efficiency than 4 pictures per row. For the e-colmnerce i110- bile phone APP navigation interface design, when the navigation picture is a simple picture, and when each row presents 2 pictures, the search efficiency is better Key words :
