摘要 针对某350 MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统喷氨流量分配不均、氨逃逸偏高的问题,首先通过流场分布试验掌握SCR区域速度和烟气成分等运行参数分布情况,然后实时测量脱硝反应器出口烟气氨逃逸浓度,并进行性能优化调整以减少氨逃逸,从而提高脱硝装置运行可靠性和经济性,降低对后续空预器的不利影响。 In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of ammonia flow and the high ammonia escape in the SCR denitrification system of a 350 MW coal-fired unit,the flow field distribution testis carried out to get the distribution of operating parameters such as velocity and gas composition in SCR area. Ammonia escapeis reduced by means of performance optimization adjustment based on real-time measurement of ammonia at outlet of SCR. The reliability and economy of denitrification deviceare improved, and the adverse effects on the subsequent air pre-heaterare reduced as well.
