论以人为核心推进城市转型发展——以长沙市为例

Promoting Human-centered Transformation and Development for Cities: Taking Changsha City as an Example

随着城镇化的快速发展,我国城市发展取得了巨大的成就,但城市问题也日益突出,城市发展背离以人为核心现象日益明显,长沙城市发展也不例外。基于城市本质理论,通过对长沙城市规划、建设和管理方面的实地调查,我们发现长沙城市发展存在规划前瞻性和科学性不够,城市建设匠心值不高,城市管理不力等问题。以人为核心推进长沙城市转型发展需建立完善组织机构,加强人才队伍建设,转变发展理念,健全体制机制。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China the great achievements have been made in urban development. However, the urban problems have become increasingly prominent. The phenomenon of urban development deviating from the human centered phenomenon is becoming increasingly apparently. Changsha urban development is no exception. By means of the field investigation of urban planning, construction and management of Changsha Urbanization we analyze the main problems in the course of urban development in Changsha. We put forward some policy suggestions to promote the urban transformation and development in Changsha based on the theory of urban nature.
