摘要 本文从植物绝缘油精炼过程中涉及到的原料油的选择、制备步骤、理化电气性能分析以及优化改性这几个方面,综合阐述了目前植物绝缘油化学精炼法的研究现状,总结了现有的研究成果,指出了研究过程中的关键问题。通过重点分析现已研制成功的植物绝缘油的特性指标,总结了目前针对植物绝缘油粘度大、凝点高、介损大等缺点的改性方法,并提出今后的研究应集中在植物绝缘油的性能改善方面,重点应关注化学改性添加剂的配制和纳米改性的实施方法及其机理分析。 In this paper, the current research status of plant insulating oil chemical refining method is expounded from the aspects of selection of raw material oil, preparation steps, physicochemi-cal and electrical properties analysis and optimization and modification of plant insulating oil refining process, the existing Research results are summarized, the key issues in the research processare pointed out, focusing on the analysis of the characteristics of plant insulation oil which hasbeen successfully developed, the modification methods of plant insulation oil with high viscosity,high freezing point and large dielectric loss are summarized, it is put forward that the future re-search should focus on the improvement of the performance of plant insulating oil. The emphasisshould be on the formulation of chemical modification additives and the implementation of na-no-modification and its mechanism analysis.
