摘要
定制旅游是现代旅游业发展趋于成熟的产物。以1997-2016年CNKI(中国知网期刊数据库)中关于定制旅游研究的226篇期刊论文为分析对象,运用知识图谱可视化工具CiteSpace绘制作者、机构合作网络和关键词共现分析图。结果表明,国内定制旅游研究自2010年后成果逐渐丰富,但发文期刊权威性较弱,研究者及研究机构合作不足,专业研究团队尚未形成;研究热点主要集中在定制营销在旅游业中的应用、定制旅游的发展、旅游体验视角下的产品开发、旅游企业的定制化服务以及奖励旅游等方面;其发展过程经历了起步、发展、繁荣三个阶段,由关注旅游体验与定制营销到研究旅游企业定制服务及奖励旅游,再到定制旅游等多领域研究。
Customized tourism is the product of the maturedevelopment of modern tourism.In this paper,taking 226journal articles related to customized tourism research in China retrieved form CNKI between 1996and 2016,the authors use CiteSpace,a visualization tool,to draw maps of authors,institutional cooperation network and keywords.The results show that the domestic customized tourism research has gradually become various since 2010,but the authoritative journalsare rare,the researchers and research institutions lack cooperation,and the professional research team has not yet formed.The hot issues are focused on the application of customized marketing in tourism,the development of customized tourism,the product development from the perspective of tourism experience,the customized services of travel agencies and the development of incentive tourism.The development process has gone through three stages:beginning,development and prosperity,from focusing on tourism experience and customized marketing to studying customized services and incentive travel,to customized tourism and other diverse research.
