施工企业质量管理标准化评价体系研究

Evaluation System of Construction Enterprise Quality Management Standardization

施工企业是工程质量管理的主体,通过实施工程质量标准化评价,可以加强施工企业质量管理工作的标准化,达到对工程质量的有效控制。论文运用系统思维,构建施工企业质量管理标准化评价体系,并将其分解为主体标准化、内容标准化、方法标准化和效果标准化4个部分,分别细分为二级指标和三级指标,同时建立了施工企业质量管理标准化评价工作机制,划分了评价等级,通过问卷调查进行实证分析,验证了施工企业质量管理标准化评价体系的完整性和合理性。

Construction enterprise is the main body of project quality management. Through the implementation of standardized evaluation of project quality,the standardization of quality management in construction enterprises can be strengthened to achieve effective control over project quality. In this paper,systematic thinking is applied to build a standardized evaluation system for quality control of construction enterprises,which is divided into four parts：main standardization,content standardization,method standardization and effect standardization,and are respectively subdivided into second-level indicators and third-level indicators. At the same time,the construction enterprise quality management standardization evaluation mechanism,divided the evaluation level,through the empirical analysis of the questionnaire survey to verify the construction enterprise quality management standardization evaluation system integrity and rationality.
