Residential Construction Quality Common Problem and Prevention

住宅工程是我国最为重大的建筑工程类型,关系着国计民生,也牵动着我国制造业的发展,但我国仍然存在住宅质量问题,其对工程整体安全的影响颇为关键。论文重点研究了当前住宅工程质量的常见问题,针对其原因,就如何进一步加强住宅工程质量给出可行性建议。

Housing project is the most important type of building engineering in our country,which is related to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood. It also affects the development of China＇s manufacturing industry,but there is still a housing quality problem in our country,and its impact on the overall safety of the project is critical.In this paper,Research on problems of current residential project quality is the focus of this paper,according to the reasons,based on practice,taking Anhui Province as an example,on how to further strengthen the quality of residential projects are feasible suggestions to promote the local residential construction quality improvement.
