灌浆自动记录仪在溶洞处理中的信息化应用

摘要 辽宁省本溪地区岩溶区分布范围大,且岩溶空间复杂,多呈串珠状,这给地下综合管廊工程的施工造成了一定的困难。为解决该问题,现利用灌浆自动记录仪,结合双液灌浆的施工关键技术,对溶洞采用"单流量计小循环"的灌浆布置,对岩溶区进行加固处理,并针对注浆过程中的特殊情况做出处理方案,后经取样验证,填充物强度均达标,并验证出灌浆自动记录仪能够更直观可靠地反映出灌浆结果。以此为同类工程提供了技术参考。 The distribution of karst area in Benxi is large,and the karst space is complex and multi bead shaped,which has caused some difficulties in the construction of the utility tunnel project. In order to solve this problem,it can use grouting automatic recorder,combined with the construction of key technologies of two-liquid grouting,using the "single flow meter small cycle" grouting arrangement to the karst cave to reinforce the karst area. The treatment programs are made in the process of special circumstances. After sampling verification,the filler strength are standard,and verified that filling automatic recorder can be more intuitive and reliable reflection of the grouting results. This provides technical reference for similar projects.
