摘要
某烂尾主体结构在施工过程中未经主管部门质检监督,为了解该工程施工质量,并为后续复工提供依据,根据相关单位要求,对主体结构施工质量进行检测。检测过程中发现,该工程部分主要受力构件表面和内部存在不同程度的质量缺陷。构件缺陷会对结构的安全性和耐久性等产生影响,应及时发现并处理以保证建筑结构安全。论文根据构件不同的受损程度,提出切实可行的加固方案,为此类相关工程提供参考借鉴。
An unfinished building has not been supervised by the quality supervision department in the process of construction. To fully understand the construction quality of this project and provide the basis for the subsequent rework,according to relevant requirements,we tested the quality of the main structure construction and found that there were different degrees of surface and internal quality defects of parts of the main stress components. Component defects will have influence on the security and durability of the structure. So we should timely find out and deal with such issues in order to ensure the safety of building structure. Based on the actual case,this paper introduces the detection and reinforcement process of this project,and puts forward the feasible reinforcement scheme according to the different damage of components,and provides a reference for such kinds of related projects.
