预应力混凝土用钢绞线等温松弛试验方法的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 钢绞线的松弛率是桥梁预应力损失的关键因素之一,论文叙述了如何正确地进行松弛试验,分析影响试验结果的关键因素,并在试验过程中加以控制,从而提高试验结果的准确性;同时通过大量试验总结分析,提出如何利用试验数据进行试验结果的线性回归分析。在松弛率和时间双对数坐标图中,试验初期的数据不满足线性关系,建议从2 h开始推算1 000 h的松弛率。为确保推算值和实测值相当,建议外推公式相关系数≥0.95。 The relaxation rate of the strand is also one of the key factors of the prestress loss of the bridge. How to conduct the relaxation test correctly and analyze the key factors affected the test results and control them so as to improve the accuracy of the test results;by analyzed a large number of experiments concluded that how to use the test data to carry on the linear regression analysis of the test result,in the relaxation rate and time log coordinate graph,the data at the beginning of the experiment did not satisfy the linear relation,it was recommended to calculate the relaxation rate of 1000h from 2h. In order to ensure that the estimated value was equivalent to the measured value,it was suggested that the correlation coefficient of extrapolation formula was not less than 0.95.
