摘要 虾青素是目前备受关注的一种叶黄素类胡萝卜素,是一种脂溶性的的萜烯类不饱和化合物,可以通过强大的抗氧化性和抗炎作用起到保护神经的作用,同时,也可作用于凋亡相关分子和调控与癌相关基因的信号通路而起到抑癌作用.虾青素来源广泛,抗炎,神经保护和抑癌作用明显,因此具有预防治疗疾病药物的潜力. Astaxanthin (AST), a kind of Lutein Carotenoids, has been widely concerned. It is a fat-soluble terpenic unsaturated compound that protect nerves through powerful antioxidant and anti-infammatory effects. In addition, AST also acts on apoptosis-related molecules and regulates cancer-associated genes in signaling pathways and plays a role in suppressing cancer. In short, AST has wide source, and has antioxidant, anti-infammatory, and other functions, so it has the potential to prevent and treat diseases.
