心源性脑栓塞急性期的护理体会

Nursing experience for cardiogenic cerebral embolism in acute stage

目的探讨心源性脑栓塞急性期的护理要点.方法回顾性分析本院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的70例心源性脑栓塞患者的护理要点和护理体会.通过观察患者意识情况,监测心律变化,给予抗凝、抗血小板聚集、强心药物等治疗护理措施,及时预防并发症,做好患者心理护理.结果通过科学有效的护理,70例心源性脑栓塞患者治愈38例,好转29例,死亡2例,未愈1例,取得了较好的护理效果,减少了并发症的发生.结论在心源性脑栓塞患者急性期监测患者生命体征,严密观察患者神志变化,熟知药物的作用,预防并发症,降低病死率,提高患者生活自理能力,具有非常重要的意义.

Objective To explore the nursing points of cardiogenic cerebral embolism in acute stage. Methods The nursing points and nursing experience for 70 patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. By observing the patients＇ consciousness, monitoring the changes of the heart rhythm, giving anticoagulants, anti-platelet aggregation drugs, and cardiotonics, etc., we prevented the complications, and did the patients＇ psychological care. Results Through the scientifc and effective nursing, in 70 cases of cardiogenic cerebral embolism, 38 cases were cured, 29 cases improved, 2 cases died, 1 case did not cure, the good nursing effect was achieved, the incidence of complications reduced. Conclusion It is very important to monitor the vital signs of patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism in the acute stage, to observe the changes of patients＇ minds closely, to understand the effects of drugs, to prevent complications, to reduce the mortality rate, and to improve the self - care ability of patients.
