顺行性下肢静脉造影术在血管外科中的应用价值分析

Application value of antegrade lower extremity venography in vascular surgery

目的研究在血管外科中选取顺行性下肢静脉造影术的临床价值.方法本次本院研究总体目标选择2016年9月至2017年9月期间纳入收治的74例血管外科患者,将随机数字表法作为此次分组方式,包括参照组（n=37）与实验组（n=37）,将予以彩色多普勒超声技术检查患者作为参照组,将予以顺行性下肢静脉造影术检查患者作为实验组,观察两组血管外科患者经不同检查后的准确率与满意度.结果实验组血管外科患者对诊断满意度（91.24±3.11）分、诊断准确率97.29%,显著高于参照组患者对诊断满意度（80.57±4.65）分、诊断准确率75.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论将顺行性下肢静脉造影术应用在血管外科患者中作用比较突出,值得借鉴应用.

Objective To study the clinical value of antegrade lower extremity venography in vascular surgery. Methods 74 patients from vascular surgery of our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the reference group （n = 37） and the experimental group （n = 37） with the random number table method. The patients in the reference group underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination, while the patients in the experimental group underwent antegrade lower extremity venography. The accuracy rate and satisfaction of the two groups under different examination methods were observed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was 97.29%, the diagnostic satisfaction degree was （91.24±3.11）, higher than 75.67% and （80.57±4.65） of the reference group, with statistically signifcant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of antegrade lower extremity venography in vascular surgery is more prominent, it is worth learning from.
