护理干预对中耳胆脂瘤患者手术疗效及并发症的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on surgical efficacy and complications in patients with middle ear cholesteatoma

目的探讨护理干预对中耳胆脂瘤患者行重建外耳道乳突根治术效果及并发症的影响.方法选取本院收治的102例行重建外耳道乳突根治术的中耳道胆脂瘤患者作为研究对象,根据时间先后顺序分为两组,每组51例.对照组患者在围术期实施常规护理,干预组在围术期实施综合护理干预,对比两组患者的手术效果及术后并发症情况.结果两组术后的听力障碍分级均较术前明显降低,干预组术后轻度、中度者所占比例均显著高于对照组,重度、极重度者所占比例均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.干预组患者术后的并发症总发生率为9.80%,显著低于对照组的35.29%（P〈0.05）.结论综合护理干预能有效减少中耳胆脂瘤患者术后并发症的发生,促进术后听力的恢复.

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on surgical efficacy and complications in patients with middle ear cholesteatoma treated by reconstruction of external auditory canal and radical mastoidectomy. Methods 102 patients with middle ear cholesteatoma treated by reconstruction of external auditory canal and radical mastoidectomy in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the time sequence, 51 cases in each group. The patients in the control group accepted routine nursing during the perioperative period, the patients in the intervention group accepted comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period. Then compared the surgical effects and postoperative complications of the two groups. Results The classifcation of hearing impairment in both groups after operation were signifcantly lower than those before operation, the postoperative proportion of mild and moderate patients in the intervention group were signifcantly higher than those in the control group, the proportion of severe and very severe patients were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 9.80%, which was signifcantly lower than 35.29% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with middle ear cholesteatoma, and promote the recovery of postoperative hearing.
