The Russian Evenki people and Chinese Evenki people are of the samesource. They are in the two countries for historical reasons. Since there are many things in common,it is easy to communication. To strengthen the communication betw^een the same- source ethnic groups is good for the development of the two countries. With the field work observation on Russian Evenki people who live in the Armur state, their ethnic tradition edu-cation is studied including the characters and the influence of social change.vide some reference and enlightenment to modern education development.
