摘要
运用层次分析法、德尔菲法构建了包括9个准则层37个指标层的武陵山片区传统村落保护成效评价指标体系,并确定指标权重,以张家界石堰坪村为例对其保护成效进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)石堰坪村保护成效综合评价得分较高(68.5分),各项物质要素(68.438分)和非物质要素(68.585分)保护成效总体较好;(2)物质要素保护评价结果得分从高到低依次为:生态环境(72.09分)、文物古迹(69.89分)、村落景观(68.37分)、传统建筑(67.52分)和村巷格局(64.32分);(3)非物质要求保护评价结果得分从高到低依次为:传统社区(67.58分)、传统习俗(67.58分)、非物质文化遗产(67.45分)和历史影响(66.32分)。根据评价结果对加强武陵山片区传统村落保护和建设提出了建议。
The evaluation index system of the traditional villages' protection status in the Wu Ling Mountain area, which including 37 evaluation indexes of 9 criterion layers, was established by Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi methods. Then the weight of the indicator was determined, and Shiyanping village of Zhangjiajie was studied as an example to comprehensively evaluate its protection status. The results show that:(1) the comprehensive evaluation of the protection status of Shiyanping village has higher score( 75.2), the protection status of various material elements(68.438) and non-material elements(68.585) is better.(2) The evaluation results of material elements protection are as follows: ecological environment(72.09),cultural relics(69.89), village landscape(68.37), traditional architecture(67.52) and village lane pattern(64.32);(3) the results of non-material protection evaluation are as follows: traditional community(67.58), traditional customs(67.58), intangible cultural heritage(67.45) and historical impact(66.32). Finally, some suggestions on traditional villages' protection in Wuling Mountain area are put forward.
