基于水文化传承的湖州市海绵城市建设规划探讨

Water Culture Inheritance Based Huzhou Sponge City Planning

水文化传承是当前城市提升文化软实力和丰富内涵的重要途径,也是建设海绵城市系统工程的主要任务之一。文章以湖州市为例,针对水文化建设面临的突出问题,在总体规划层面依托水系布局,提出水文化的空间格局,并以水文化传承为切入点,提出了通过保护与修复水文化载体、构建"水文化+水景观"的海绵城市生态体系等方法来建设海绵城市的应对措施,探讨海绵城市建设进程中水文化保护与传承的新思路、新方法,以期为其他城市在海绵城市建设中传承与发扬特色水文化提供借鉴。

The inheritance of water culture is an important approach to improve and enrich soft power of a city, and also a major mission of sponge city construction. With Huzhou case, the paper studies water culture construction problems, proposes spatial layout of water culture at master plan level, preserves and inherits water culture, establishes ＂water culture and water landscape＂ sponge city ecological system, and explores new concepts and methods of sponge city based water culture preservation and inheritance. It provides a reference for other cities.
