对医学伦理教育课程的认识及态度

Understanding and Attitude Analysis of Medical Ethics Education

目的了解某军医大学预选士官班学员对医学伦理学教育的态度和认识。方法利用普查研究法,针对某军医大学2013—2016年间924名预选士官班学员进行问卷调查,分析结果,探讨其对于伦理学教育的认识。结果不同军种和学龄是影响对医学伦理学教育重视程度的重要因素(P<0.05);性别和学龄是影响对医学伦理学教育的态度和认识差异的重要因素(P<0.05)。预选士官班学员中支持开设医学伦理学课程的学员比例为97.1%,此外,学员对于医学伦理学中医德教育的教学环节评价结果也具有一定的差异性(P<0.05)。结论学龄和性别能够影响学员对于医学伦理学教育必要性的认识观念,针对不同学龄和性别的预选士官班学员开展教育方式方法的改变,对于强化医学伦理学教育必要性认识具有积极作用。

Objective To know the understanding and attitude about medical ethics education of pre-selected officers in military medical university. Methods The census research method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey for 924 pre-selected officers in military medical university from 2013 to 2016,analyzed the results,and explored the students＇ understanding of ethics education. Results Different services and school age were important factors influencing the recognition degree of medical ethics education,while gender,school age were important factors influencing the difference of cognition（ P〈0. 05）. In addition,the proportion of students who are expected to take elective medical ethics in military medical university was 97. 1%,at the same time,the evaluation results of students in different educational links also had some differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion School age and gender can influence the students＇ awareness of the necessity of medical ethics education. Taking the change of educational methods has a positive effect on strengthening the necessity of medical ethics education for different age and gender of pre-selected officers.
