摘要
在我国深化医药卫生体制改革的背景下,分级诊疗制度的建立与推进是解决民众"看病难,看病贵"问题的关键,而分级诊疗的实质是医疗资源的合理配置,涉及医师、医疗机构、政府、患者等多个利益主体,因此从利益相关方的角度分析分级诊疗存在的问题及原因,探讨推进分级诊疗制度的相关对策,可以为建立适合我国国情的分级诊疗制度提供借鉴与参考。
Amid the deepening reform of medical and health system,hierarchical medical system is conducive to addressing the problem of ＂difficult medical services and expensive medical cost＂. Hierarchical medical system is essentially a more reasonable allocation of medical resources,which concerns multiple stakeholders including doctors,hospitals,patients and government. As a result,we analyzed the existing problems in hierarchical medical system from the perspectives of the shareholders and discussed how to improve. In the end,we concluded some references for building a hierarchical medical system that is suitable for our country.
