Methods to Ensure Sustainable Development of a Frontier Military Central Hospital

随着军队调整改革的持续深入,某院作为一所地处边疆的三甲综合性军队中心医院,面临诸多新情况和新挑战。为此,医院党委高度重视,紧抓关键环节,重点从四个方面做好医院管理工作,即:稳定思想、稳住队伍、稳好秩序、稳控安全。通过"四稳"工作的开展,医院总体保持安全稳定,实现为军服务、医疗和科教工作的健康协同发展,取得显著的军事效益、经济效益和社会效益。

With the deepening of military reform,as a tertiary class A general hospital and a military central hospital in the border area,we are facing many new conditions and challenges. Therefore,the hospital Party Committee attached great importance to these new problems,grasped the key links,and focused on the hospital management work from the following four aspects： stabilizing the ideology,stabilizing the human resources,stabilizing the work order and controlling the security. The ＂four-stable＂work methods ensured the safety and stability of the whole hospital,realized the healthy and coordinated development of the work of services for the army,medical,science and education,and achieved significant military benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.
