Design of Batch Record for Preparation of Chinese Medicine in Hospital

目的规划完善医院中药制剂批配制记录,保障制剂质量。方法根据查阅医疗机构中药制剂配制相关法规并参考各种相关文献,结合中药制剂的特点和中药制剂配制过程中的具体情况,设计医院中药制剂批配制记录。结果文章从内容涵盖、注意事项、问题讨论和小结概括四个方面,介绍某院制剂室所设计的中药制剂批配制记录。结论所设计的中药制剂批配制记录能够科学、完整、准确、及时地记录中药制剂生产的整个过程,对规范中药制剂配制过程和强化质量管理监控提供有力的软件基础。

Objective To Plan and improve the batch record for preparation of Chinese medicine in hospital to ensure the quality of preparation. Methods According to the relevant laws and regulations on traditional Chinese medicine preparation of medical institutions,and a wide variety of literatures,design the batch record for preparation of Chinese Medicine in hospital in combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and specific circumstances in traditional Chinese medicine preparation process. Results This paper introduces the design record of the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine in hospital from four aspects： contents,cautions,discussions and summary. Conclusion The record for preparation of traditional Chinese medicine can scientifically,completely,accurately and timely record the whole process of production preparation. It provides a strong software foundation to standard preparation process and strengthen quality management of monitoring.
