当今社会新媒体、新技术迅猛发展,纷繁复杂的互联网信息给大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观带来了深刻的影响。高校思想政治教育肩负着对大学生进行理想信念教育、爱国主义教育、道德教育和科学思维方式教育等教育任务,所以提升新时代下高校思想政治教育的亲和力和针对性显得尤为迫切和重要。从提升思想政治教育工作者自身的政治文化素养、实际工作能力以及弘扬思想政治教育的人文情怀三个方面来增强思想政治教育的时代感和吸引力。

In today1 s society where new media and new technologies are developing rapidly, the complicated In-ternet information has exerted a profound influence on the undergraduatesJ world view, outlook on life and val-ues. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities shoulder the educational tasks of ideal and faith education, moral education and scientific thinking mode, so it is particularly urgent and important to im-prove the affinity and pertinence of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. This article mainly focuses on enhancing the sense of times and attractiveness of the ideological and political education from three aspects： enhancing the political and cultural literacy of the ideological and political educa-tors ,improving the actual working ability of the ideological and political educators and promoting the humanistic sentiment of the ideological and political education.
