参考文献著录规则新增4种文献类型标识意义及其应用

《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》(GB/T 7714-2015)为了便于识别参考文献类型、查找原文献,开展引文分析,新增了档案(A)、舆图(CM)、数据集(DS)以及其他(Z)4种文献类型标识。档案为分类保存以备查考的文件和材料,如人事档案、科技档案、法律法规、政府文件;舆图包括世界、国家、区域的地图;数据集一种由数据所组成的集合,又称为资料集、数据集合或资料集合;在15个文献类型之外的文献,均可归于其他。新增的4种文献类型标识有利于不同文献类型的辨识及著作权的维护,但其具体著录方法有待完善,标识内涵亦有待明晰。
