摘要
目的探讨创新医疗用具在手术室职业卫生防护中的研究和应用。方法通过头脑风暴对工作现状和环境进行分析,理出医务人员工作中的主要危害因素,确定目标,改进手术室医疗用具五项,并运用于临床,检测和观察效果。结果 (1)采用"安瓿固定装置"抽吸药液,可以减少巡回护士针刺伤发生率;(2)改良"锐器传递弯盘"可以降低手术人员锐器伤(包括手套破损和皮肤损伤)的发生率;(3)应用"移动式水平量角器"可一次完成手术患者体位的调节,提高护士工作效率;(4)自制"显微外科手术椅"可以有效地缓解手术医生腰背部肌肉劳损,提高医生舒适度和工作效率;(5)利用"可控性微创手术烟雾吸引管"可以减少术中有害气体排放至手术间,避免了有害气体对手术人员的损害,增加手术安全性。结论通过创新医疗用具的研制,能够达到改善手术室医务人员工作条件、降低职业危害、提高工作效率的目的。
Objective To research the application of innovative medical equipment to occupationalhealth protection in operation room. Metliods The working status and environment were analyzed bybrainstorming, then the main hazard factors for medical staff during working were summarized and the targetwas determined. Five medical devices of operation room were modified and were clinefficacy was observed and assessed. Results ①Aspirating liquid using ampoule fixing device could reducethe incidence of puncture wound in the circulating nurse.②The modified kidney basin for instrument could reduce the incidence of sharp injuries (including glove damage and skin damage) in surgicalpersonnel.③The mobile horizontal protractor could adjust the posture of patients inone timworking efficiency of nurses.④The self-made operating chair for microsurgery could effectively relieve thesurgeon's waist and back muscle strain and improve the doctor's comfort and work efficiency.⑤The controlled smoke suction tube for minimally invasive surgery could reduce the harmful gas discharging iroom, could avoid the damage of harmful gas to surgical personnel, and increase the safety of operation.Conclusion The innovative medical equipment can improve the working condition of the medical staff in theoperation room,reduce the occupational hazards and improve working efficiency.
