摘要
测绘业务信息化管理是信息化测绘体系建设的一个重要方面。以湖北省信息化测绘建设项目为例,结合湖北省信息化测绘体系建设经验,面向测绘生产业务管理,分析了当前测绘生产业务管理中存在的问题,探讨了省级测绘生产业务管理信息系统的总体目标与架构、数据库设计、功能设计以及关键技术,并论述了系统运行与实现过程。该成果对于其他省份开展信息化测绘体系建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the construction of the informational surveying and mapping system, informational surveying and mapping management is one of the important aspects. Taking Hubei Province for example, combining with the experience of informational surveying and mapping system construction, we analyzed the existent problems in the current surveying and mapping production management. And then, we introduced the overall goal, the overall system architecture, database design, function design and key technologies of the provincial surveying and mapping production management information system, and discussed the operation and realization of the system. The achievement has certain reference significance for other provinces to carry out the construction of the informational surveying and mapping system.
