上马场岩金矿多采区合理开采顺序方案设计

Scheme design of reasonable mining sequence of the multiple mining districts in Shangmachang rock gold mine

合理的开采顺序是保证矿山安全高效生产的重要基础。上马场岩金矿共有5个采区,分别为Ⅲ号矿带露天采场、Ⅵ号矿带露天采场、地下开采1采区、地下开采2采区和地下开采3采区。在确定各采矿单元生产规模后,对各种可能的开采顺序方案进行技术经济综合比较,最终确定矿山整体开采顺序为:Ⅵ号矿带露天采场作为首采地段,Ⅲ号矿带露天采场接续Ⅵ号矿带露天采场延后开采,待露天开采结束后,接续开采的是地下开采各单元。采用该开采顺序,企业可减少基建投资2 526.03万元,缩短投资回收期2.4 a,降低企业的投资风险,提高资金的使用效率,值得推广应用。

Reasonable mining sequence is the foundation of safe and efficient production in mines. There are5 mining districts in Shangmachang rock gold mine,namely the open-pit stope in Ore Belt Ⅲ,the open-pit stope in Ore Belt Ⅵ,the underground stope No. 1,No. 2 and No. 3. Based on the development scale of each mining unit,every possible mining sequence plan is compared comprehensively in technical and economic terms and finally the mining sequence is determined： the open-pit stope in Ore Belt Ⅵ comes first,then the open-pit stope in Ore Belt Ⅲ,and in the end comes each underground mining unit. The mining sequence can reduce infrastructure investment by 25 260 300 yuan,shorten the payback period by 2. 4 a. It mitigates the investment risk,improves fund utilization rate and is worth promoting.
