摘要
西藏甲玛矽卡岩型铜铅锌多金属矿石目的矿物种类多,互相嵌存紧密,分离难度较大。通过采用传统偏光显微镜与矿物单体解离度分析系统、电子探针、微化分析等手段相结合,对矿石进行详细工艺矿物学考查,查清了矿石性质、目的矿物种类、物质组成、嵌连关系等特征,并讨论了影响目的矿物回收及分离的工艺矿物学因素,同时进行了浮选试验验证,其结果表明矿石中目的矿物易回收,不易分离,与工艺矿物学分析结果相一致。
A skarn-type copper,lead and zinc polymetallic ore from Tibet consists of many minerals that are embedded closely and difficult to separate. Conventional polarizing microscope and monomer dissociation degree analysis system,electronic probe,microchemical analysis are combined to study the process mineralogy of the ore,including the ore property,target mineral species,composition and embedding relations. The process mineralogical factors that influence the extraction and dissociation of target minerals are discussed. At the same time,flotation tests are carried out to verify the results. It is shown that the target minerals in the ore are easy to extract but difficult to dissociate,which is consistent to the process mineralogical analysis results.
