摘要
基于铜矿石化学成分分析、主要矿物组成及铜物相分析结果,对内蒙古某铜矿石进行选矿试验研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占75%,采用组合捕收剂Z-200和丁基黄药及在精选二中加入氧化钙的最佳条件下,闭路试验可获得较好试验指标,铜精矿铜品位22.47%、铜回收率95.78%。
Based on the analysis of chemical composition,the relative content of major minerals,and the copper phase analysis results of the raw ore,experimental research on the beneficiation of a copper ore from Inner Mongolia is studied. The results show that under the conditions: grinding fineness is 75 %-0. 074 mm,combined collector of Z-200 and butyl xanthate is used,and calcium oxide is added into the middlings of the second-stage cleaning,a copper concentrate with the copper grade of 22. 47 % and the copper recovery rate of 95. 78 %,which are good test index,is obtained by the closed-circuit process.
