慢性肺源性心脏病的中西医护理体会

Experience of nursing care by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的 探讨慢性肺源性心脏病的中西医结合临床护理效果.方法 将本院2014年10月至2016年10月收治的120例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例.对照组采用传统的西医护理,观察组实施中西医结合护理,对比两组护理效果.结果 通过科学有效的中西医结合护理,观察组护理有效率为95.0％,明显高于对照组的76.6％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 通过对慢性肺源性心脏病患者实施中西医结合的临床护理,认识护理的重点,密切观察病情变化,及时处理并发症,做好对患者的心理护理,提高了患者生存质量,值得借鉴.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing care by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease treated at our hospital from October, 2014 to October, 2016 were randomly divided into an observation group （60 cases） and a control group （60 cases）. The control group were given traditional western care and the observation group nursing care by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing care by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the nursing effcacy was 95.0% in the observation group and was 76.6% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Through nursing care by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, we can recognize the nursing key points, closely observe the disease changes, deal with the complications in time, and give the patients psychological nursing care and improve the patients＇ quality of life, so it is worth for reference.
