全关节镜肩袖修补术在肩袖损伤患者中的应用效果观察

目的 研究全关节镜肩袖修补术在肩袖损伤患者中的应用效果.方法 选取本院自2015年4月至2016年11月骨科收治的58例肩袖损伤患者,按随机法分为对照组和观察组,各29例,对照组给予用开放式肩袖修补术治疗,观察组给予全关节镜肩袖修补术治疗,比较两组手术前后肩关节疼痛视觉模拟评分、肩关节功能评分及关节活动度恢复情况.结果 两组术后3项评分和关节活动度较本组术前均有明显改善,术后观察组的VAS评分为（1.2±0.5）分,优于对照组的（2.1±0.4）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组间术前3项评分、关节活动度及术后的关节活动度、ASES、UCLA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义（均P＞ 0.05）.结论 全关节镜肩袖修补术治疗肩袖损伤创伤小、关节功能恢复时间短、效果良好.

Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair for patients with rotator cuff injury. Methods 58 patients with rotator cuff injury treated at our Department from April, 2015 to November, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 29 cases for each group. The control group were treated with open rotator cuff repair and the observation group with arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. The shoulder joint visual analog pain score and shoulder joint function score and the joint activity recovery before and after the operation were compared between these two groups. Results The shoulder joint visual analog pain score and shoulder joint function score and the joint activity recovery were better after than before the operation in both groups. After the operation, the VAS score was （1.2± 0.5） in the observation group and was in the control group（2.1± 0.4）, with a statistical difference （P〈 0.05）. There were no statistical differences in joint activity and the scores of ASES and UCLA before and after the operation between these two groups （all P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair for rotator cuff injury is minimally invasive and effective and has short recovery time.
