摘要 对城市道路交通拥堵进行合理评价,可以为道路交通疏解提供科学依据。该文建立了交叉口指标、路段指标以及区域指标等因素的城市道路交通拥堵评价体系,在此基础上结合信息熵赋权法与灰色系统理论,构建灰色关联度评价模型框架。以重庆市南岸区的某个路段为案例的实证研究表明,所构建的城市道路交通拥堵评价体系及评价模型能较好地反映方案的实施效果。 A reasonable evaluation on urban traffic congestion can provide a scientific basis for traffic relief. An evaluation system for urban road traffic congestion is established based on factors such as intersection index, section index and regional index. Afterwards, the grey correlation evaluation model framework is constructed based on the information entropy empowerment method and the grey system theory. The empirical study of a certain road section of Nan'an district of Chongqing shows that the constructed urban road traffic congestion evaluation system and the evaluation model can well reflect the implementation effect of the scheme.
