在传统的DT/CQT方式评估LTE网络速率性能之外,采用主动式发现问题思维,探索基于系统统计指标来评估LTE网络速率性能的新方法。通过比较用户平均速率和小区平均速率的定义及计算方法,确定用户平均速率反映的是用户平均体验速率,更适合用于评估LTE网络的速率性能。通过设置低速率小区筛选门限,能够快速有效地发现现网的低速率小区,从而提出优化分析思路和处理流程,准确定位问题原因,进而采用针对性措施来优化解决,有效提升了网络性能和用户感知。

In addition to the traditional DT/CQT method to evaluate the rate performance of LTE network,a new method based on the system statistical index to evaluate the rate performance of LTE networks is explored by using the active discovery problem thinking.By comparing the definition and calculation method of the user average rate and the cell average rate,it is determined that the user average rate reflects the user average experience rate,which is more suitable for evaluating the rate performance of LTE network. By setting the screening threshold of the low rate cell,it can quickly and effectively find the low rate cell of the current network,and puts forward the way of optimization analysis and processing flow,accurately locates the cause of the problem,then solves the problem with the pertinent measures. Finally,the key performance and the user＇s perception of the LTE network would be enhanced effectively.
