摘要 LTE系统引入了自组织网络的概念,节能是自组织网络的主要功能之一,可以达到绿色节能的目的。聚焦降本增效、低成本网络运营,对自组织网络节能功能进行介绍,对3种节能解决方案进行试验并选取最优方案,调研了主流厂家设备节能功能及试点,评估节能效果。试点评估完成后,在全省LTE网络推广,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。 The concept of Self-Organized Network is introduced in LTE system. Energy saving,one of important functions in Self-Organized Network,can reach the aim of saving energy. Focusing on reducing costs and increasing benefits,low-cost network operating,the Self-Organized Network energy saving function is introduced,3 energy-saving solutions are tested and the best scheme is selected. The energy saving functions of the mainstream manufacturers are investigated and their efficiencies of energy saving are evaluated. After the completion of the pilot evaluation,the energy saving scheme are expanded in the province's LTE network,and achieved significant results in economic and social field.
